Calm-down transition

Enrichment time: Hide and seek treat finds, 1:1 snuggles and brushing, tug-o-war, frisbee, ball thrower, fetch, high energy play

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations Requested
Advance Booking Encouraged
- Daycare spots are limited to ensure safe staff-to-dog ratios.
- Members are asked to reserve their dog’s spot at least 24 hours in advance through the Bark Bar app, by phone, or by email at Woof@barkbar.com.
Same-Day Reservations
- Accepted if space allows, but not guaranteed.
Drop-Ins
- Walk-ins are discouraged and will only be accommodated if space and staffing permit.
2. Cancellation Policy
Notice Required:
- To avoid charges, cancellations must be made in writing at woof@barkbar.com by 6 PM the night before the scheduled daycare day.
Late Cancellations may result in:
- Fee per incident (e.g., $10 late cancel/no-show fee).
3. No-Show Policy
No-Call / No-Show may result in:
- Fee per incident (e.g., $10 late cancel/no-show fee).
- Loss of reservation privileges for a period (e.g., “walk-ins only for 2 weeks”).
Repeat No-Shows:
- Limit to 1 active reservation at a time if cancellations become a pattern.
